Jurassic World The Experience Lucky Draw
1. Overview
The Jurassic World The Experience Lucky Draw (the ‘Lucky Draw’) is a luck draw that allow participants to stand a chance to win a family trip of 4 to Jurassic World: The Experience in Bangkok when they fulfil requirements upon purchasing Jurassic World products from participating retailers.
2. Organiser
1. This Lucky Draw is organised by Pacific Licensing Studio Private Limited, with registered address at 10 Anson Road #27-16, International Plaza, Singapore 079903, https://www.pacificlicensing.com/
Pacific Licensing Studio is a leading brand management and licensing agency in Greater China and Southeast Asia and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Resorts World Sentosa or Universal Studios Singapore.
3. Entry Period
1. This Lucky Draw will take place from [1 March 2026, 00:00] to [31 May 2026, 23:59] (Singapore Time), both dates inclusive (“Entry Period”).
2. Entries received outside the Entry Period shall be disqualified and rejected automatically. All entries are final.
3. The Organiser reserves the sole right to shorten, extend, or cancel the Lucky Draw without prior notice.
4. Eligibility
1. To enter this Lucky Draw, you (the “Participant”) must be a Singapore citizen, permanent resident and individual aged 18 years old or above, that are currently residing in Singapore.
2. You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee, partner or immediate family member of an employee of the Organiser, affiliated marketing/advertising agencies, or any third party company or agency directly connected with the creation or administration of this Lucky Draw.
3. Participants must provide valid and accurate personal information.
4. The Organiser reserves the sole right to disqualify any Participant who has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Lucky Draw. Any incomplete or inaccurate entry will also be disqualified.
5. How to Participate
To participate in the Lucky Draw, the Participant must:
1. Purchase any one (1) Jurassic World product across participating retailers in Singapore (e.g Toys “R” Us, Kiddy Palace, Takashimaya Children’s Department, Simply Toys, Gifts Greetings, TANGS, Isetan, POPULAR, Goldwood Online, Metro, Toy Station, My Toy Shop, TOPYSLAND, Secret Chamber, TOYSHUNT, LEGO certified stores, Mattel Shopee/Lazada/Amazon) during the Entry Period. No minimum spend required.
3. Upload and submit the Proof of Purchase (e.g. physical receipt, digitally-generated invoice) via the QR code printed across the Jurassic World The Experience Lucky Draw promotional materials in store or log on to https://jurassicworldpromotion.com/singapore to submit your entry.
4. Information such as your personal particulars (e.g. full name per passport, last 3 digits and alphabet of NRIC number, mobile number, country of residency, e-mail address, residential address) will be required to complete submission.
5. With every entry, the Proof of Purchase must clearly show the full receipt/invoice, including the name of retail store/online store, product name and/or code, and date of purchase.
6. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the number of eligible products purchased in excess of one (1) in the Qualifying Transaction; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
7. Proof of Purchase submitted must be dated within Lucky Draw Entry Period.
8. Participation in this Lucky Draw constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
9. Each entry will be subjected to verification by the Organiser for validity.
6. Prize
1. There will be four (4) Winners selected and each will receive one (1) Prize pack consisting of:
• Round-trip flights for two (2) adults and two (2) children from Singapore to Bangkok;
• Four (4) entrance tickets to Jurassic World The Experience in Bangkok; (per family of 2 adults, 2 children);
• Two (2) hotel rooms each family for two (2) night stay; (4 pax, excluding breakfast); and
• One (1) set meal at Fossil and Flame Restaurant (per family) at Jurassic World The Experience in Bangkok.
The total Prize value for each winner is SGD $2,110 or USD $1,670 (total prize pool value up to USD $6,680.00).
2. The total Prize value is correct as of 1 March 2026. The Organiser shall take no responsibility for any variations in the Prize values.
3. Children should be aged 2 – 12 years old. A toddler below the age of two (2) will be counted as one (1) child within the prize package allocation. Nominated guests under the age of 18 should always travel with a parent or guardian.
4. The Prize is strictly limited to four (4) travellers of 2 adults and 2 children only.
5. Prizes such as plane tickets, hotel rooms, exhibition tickets and restaurant meal are strictly non-transferable, non-reschedulable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.
6. Only one (1) Prize pack is permitted per household.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
1. The Winners will be selected at random from all entries by 8 June 2026. The Winner Selection Draw live video broadcast link will be posted on retailers’ social media. Any enquiries, please reach out to: kaela.cheong@pacificlicensing.com
2. The Prize Winners will be announced publicly by 17 June 2026 via https://jurassicworldpromotion.com/singapore participating retailer’s social media, and by email from UniversalProductsAndExperiences.APAC@nbcuni.com to the Winner’s e-mail address.
3. The Winner Selection Draw will be done electronically, and the Winners will be selected at random. If an entry cannot be verified to the Organiser’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed invalid.
4. The first four (4) valid entries drawn will be deemed a Winner and will be awarded with one (1) of four (4) Prize pack (subject to their verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions).
5. The Organiser may choose additional Reserve Entries after the Winners are drawn. These additional entries will be recorded in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. Reserve Entries will be contacted in the order they were drawn only if:
– A Winner is found to have submitted an invalid entry;
– A Winner is deemed ineligible; or
– A Winner fails to claim or accept the prize within the time period specified by the Organiser.
If a Reserve Entry is contacted, they will be required to meet the same eligibility and verification requirements as the original winners.
6. The Organiser’s decision regarding the validity of entries, the selection of winners, and the use of Reserve Entries is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The Winners will be notified via e-mail by UniversalProductsAndExperiences.APAC@nbcuni.com through to the Participant’s e-mail address within seven (7) working days after the Winner Selection Draw.
8. The Winners will be required to acknowledge the e-mail within ten (10) working days from the date of notification.
9. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
8. Prize Redemption
1. All prizes must be redeemed and booked by [30 September 2026, 9:00] (Singapore Time), after which they are forfeited and will remain the property of the Organiser.
2. The Winners must make the booking a minimum of one (1) month prior to the intended travel date, with final bookings to be made by [30 September 2026, 9:00] (Singapore Time) with the Organiser’s appointed tour agency, BCD Travel. The booking period will run from [15 July 2026, 9:00] to [31 December 2026, 9:00] (Singapore Time).
3. Flight and accommodation bookings are subject to availability at the time of Prize Redemption.
4. Proof of identity (e.g. NRIC number and/or passport number) may be required for verification and travel booking by the Organiser’s appointed tour agency, BCD Travel.
5. The Winner and their nominated guests will depart and return at Singapore Changi Airport.
6. The Winner and their nominated guests’ passport(s) should be valid at least 6 months before travel date.
9. Personal Data
1. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by the Organiser for purposes related to the Lucky Draw, in accordance with Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”).
2. Personal data collected may include, without limitation, the Participant’s full name per passport, NRIC number, date of birth, mobile number, e-mail address, residential address, passport details and any other information necessary for the administration of the Lucky Draw and Prize fulfilment.
3. The Organiser will make and keep accurate records of this Lucky Draw for a period of at least five (5) years.
10. Publicity
1. By participating in the Lucky Draw, Participants agree to the use of their name, image, and/or likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. Liability & Indemnity
1. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by participants arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw and/or Prize usage.
2. Unless otherwise stated, all costs and expenses associated with taking the Prize are the responsibility of the Winners and their nominated guests, including:
• costs associated with inoculations, passports and/or VISA applications;
• applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of the Prize;
• additional flights, accommodation and exhibition tickets and meals;
• transfers and transportation;
• travel insurance;
• spending money;
• any extra sightseeing activities apart from the exhibition; and
• all other incidental and ancillary costs incurred by the Winners and/or their nominated guests as a direct or indirect result of taking the Prize.
No reimbursement may be sought from the Organiser.
3. The Organiser reserves the sole right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.
4. The Prize may be modified, postponed, or cancelled due to events beyond the Organiser’s control, such as force majeure events. These may include war, riot, crime, pandemic or natural disaster.
