JURASSIC WORLD THE EXPERIENCE SINGAPORE

ORGANIZER:

  1. This Raffle Draw is organized by Pacific Licensing Studio Inc., with registered address at Unit 2203, The Orient Square Building, F. Ortigas JR. Road, Pasig City, 1605 Philippines, https://www.pacificlicensing.com.
  2. Pacific Licensing Studio is a leading brand management and licensing agency in Greater China and Southeast Asia and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Resorts World Sentosa or Universal Studios Singapore.

 

GENERAL:

  1. The raffle promo is open to all resident citizen of the Philippines aged 18 years old and above.
  2. Promo period is from April 13– May 31, 2026.
  3. To participate, purchase any; no minimum spend required, Jurassic World Merchandise available at the following stores and e-comm nationwide:
    1. Physical Stores:
      • SM Kids’ Wear
      • Toy Kingdom Express
      • Toy Kingdom
      • Toys R Us
      • ToyBox/ Robinsons Department Store
      • LEGO Certified Stores
    2. E-Commerce:
      • Toys R Us Lazada, Shopee
      • Mattel Lazada, Shopee
  4. One (1) single-receipt is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry.
  5. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
    1. Only one (1) entry is permitted per qualifying transaction regardless of the number of eligible products purchased in excess of one (1) in the qualifying transaction;
    2. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements
  6. Scan the QR Code found in the promo poster inside the participating stores (SM Kids’ Wear, Toy Kingdom Express, Toy Kingdom, Toys R Us, Toybox/ Robinsons Department Store, LEGO Certified Stores); E-Comm Site (Toys R Us & Mattel Lazada, Shopee); or visit the https://jurassicworldpromotion.com/philippines website to register entry.
  7. Complete the registration requirements and upload a copy of the receipt. Receipt must clearly specify the product purchased, participating store, and the date should be from April 13 – May 31, 2026 only. An email notification from noreply@jurassicworldpromotion.com will be sent for successful registered entry.

  8. For E-comm transactions (Toys R Us & Mattel Lazada, Shopee only), participant must provide a screenshot either of the following:
    • E-invoice with Jurassic World Merchandise purchased with date
    • Screenshot of transaction details including date with proof of delivery, payment and purchased Jurassic World Merchandise
  9. All entries must be submitted on or before May 31, 2026; 11:59pm.
  10. Participants must not be employees, contractors and representatives of Pacific Licensing Studio Inc. and their corresponding subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, sponsors, suppliers, and other “Organizer of the Promo”, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity, and all persons employed by, working for, or residing in the same household as any of the aforementioned excluded parties.

 

RAFFLE PRIZE:

  1. There will be only four (4) winners and each will receive the following:
    • Flights for 2 adults and 2 children to and from Singapore
    • Two (2) rooms for 2 nights stay (excluding breakfast)
    • Tickets to Jurassic World The Experience Singapore for 2 adults and 2 children
  2. Children should be aged 2 – 12 years old. A toddler below the age of two (2) will be counted as one (1) child within the prize package allocation. Guests under the age of 18, travelling as part of this prize must travel with a parent or guardian.
  3. Raffle prize are not for sale, not convertible to cash, not-reschedulable, cannot be replaced with other items/ services; but may be transferable as long as endorsed by winner.
  4. Raffle prizes exceeding P10,000 shall be subject to a 20% prize tax to be shouldered by Organizer.

 

RAFFLE DRAW:

  1. Four (4) Winners and Alternate Winners will be drawn randomly using randomdraws.com on June 8, 2026, at 52 Repton Road, Malvern East, Victoria, 3145, Australia in the presence of a DTI representative, and to be witnessed by Pacific Licensing Studio Inc. representatives via virtual call.
  2. A participant can only win once. Winners will be notified through registered mail, SMS or viber, and email by UniversalProductsAndExperiences.APAC@nbcuni.com by the Organizer fifteen (15) working days from the raffle draw date.
  3. Winners will also be announced and posted on the https://jurassicworldpromotion.com/philippines, and other retailer, partner social network channels, whichever is applicable.
  4. The draw is electronic, and winners will be selected at random. With prior approval from DTI, if an entry cannot be verified to the Organizer’s satisfaction, the entry will be invalid.
  5. The first four (4) valid entrants will be deemed to be a Winner and will be awarded with one (1) of four (4) prizes, subject to their verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

 

CLAIMING OF PRIZES:

  1. Redemption or claiming of prize is within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notice. After the claiming period, unclaimed prize/s will be forfeited in favor of the Organizer with prior approval of DTI. In the event of forfeiture, Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible Alternate Winner, in the order drawn, subject to the same notification, confirmation and compliance requirements.
  2. Travel period is valid for six (6) months from redemption of prize.
  3. Winners must present the following proofs of winning entry within Ten (10) working days:
    1. Emailed Winner notification received from UniversalProductsAndExperiences.APAC@nbcuni.com
    2. One (1) Valid government-issued id with photo and signature
    3. Original receipt matching the registered entry. No receipt, no prize to claim.
  4. The prize is strictly limited to two (2) Adults and two (2) Children.
  5. Winners must be booked a minimum of one (1) month prior to the intended travel date, with final bookings to be made by Sept. 30, 2026 with the Organizer’s appointed tour agency, BCD Travel. Once booked, any adjustments are not allowed.
  6. Flights and accommodations are subject to value allocated by the Organizer; in addition, subject to availability at the time of prize redemption.
  7. Winner and guest passports should be valid at least 6 months before travel date.
  8. Failure to provide proof of winning entry, travel documents and other details required will result in forfeiture of the prize and Organizer reserves the right to award to the next Alternate Winner with the concurrence of DTI.
  9. Winners shall shoulder other expenses not included in the JWE Singapore travel package, such as, but not limited to travel insurance, pocket money, terminal fees, VISA application, other travel taxes, meal expenses, all other incidental and ancillary costs incurred by the Winners and/or their nominated guests as a direct or indirect result of taking the Prize.
  10. No reimbursement may be sought from the Organizer.

 

OTHER DISCLOSURES:

  1. Participating in the Promo constitutes consent to the processing of personal data that will be used to confirm eligibility, distribute rewards, and communicate updates related to the Promo as defined under the Data Privacy Law of 2012 and it’s implementing rules and regulations.
  2. The winners and his/ her companions authorize Pacific Licensing Studio Inc. the permission to disclose and publish names, photos, and other particulars determined by the Organizer to and person/s and in any mode or manner, as Organizer may deem appropriate in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to right or remuneration for such use on Website or social media pages.
  3. By accepting the prize, the winners agree to hold Pacific Licensing Studio Inc., and its affiliates free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/ her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
