Jurassic World The Experience Lucky Draw

1. PENYELENGGARA

1) Program Undian Berhadiah ini diselenggarakan oleh PT. Aneka Merek Konsulindo, beralamat di RDTX Square, Lantai 33, Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio No. 164, Karet Semanggi, Jakarta Selatan 12930, Indonesia, https://www.pacificlicensing.com/.

2) PT. Aneka Merek Konsulindo / Pacific Licensing Studio merupakan agensi manajemen merek dan lisensi terkemuka di wilayah Greater China dan Asia Tenggara serta tidak berafiliasi, tidak didukung, maupun tidak terkait dengan Resorts World Sentosa maupun Universal Studios Singapore.

2. PERIODE UNDIAN

1) Program Undian Berhadiah ini berlangsung mulai [1 Maret 2026, 00:00] hingga [31 Mei 2026, 23:59] Waktu Indonesia bagian Barat [WIB], termasuk kedua tanggal tersebut (“Periode Partisipasi”).

2) Partisipasi yang diterima di luar Periode Partisipasi akan otomatis didiskualifikasi dan ditolak. Seluruh partisipasi bersifat final.

3) Penyelenggara berhak sepenuhnya untuk memperpendek, memperpanjang, atau membatalkan Undian Berhadiah tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.

3. KETENTUAN PESERTA (ELIGIBILITY)

1) Program Spend and Win (“Kontes”) an terbuka untuk seluruh Warga Negara Indonesia berusia 18 tahun ke atas yang memiliki KTP yang masih berlaku.

2) Peserta tidak berhak mengikuti program ini apabila merupakan karyawan, mitra, atau keluarga inti dari karyawan Penyelenggara, agensi pemasaran/periklanan terkait, atau pihak ketiga yang terlibat langsung dalam pembuatan maupun administrasi Undian Berhadiah ini.

3) Peserta wajib memberikan informasi pribadi yang valid dan akurat.

4) Penyelenggara berhak sepenuhnya untuk mendiskualifikasi Peserta yang melanggar Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, melakukan manipulasi proses partisipasi, atau melakukan tindakan melawan hukum maupun tindakan tidak pantas yang dapat mengganggu pelaksanaan Undian Berhadiah secara adil. Partisipasi yang tidak lengkap atau tidak akurat juga akan didiskualifikasi.

4. CARA BERPARTISIPASI

1) Beli minimal satu (1) produk Jurassic World di retailer yang berpartisipasi di Indonesia selama Periode Partisipasi. Tidak ada minimum pembelanjaan.

2) Unggah dan kirimkan Bukti Pembelian (misalnya struk fisik atau invoice digital) melalui QR code yang tercetak pada materi promosi Jurassic World The Experience Lucky Draw di toko, atau kunjungi https://jurassicworldpromotion.com/indonesia untuk mengirimkan partisipasi.

3) Informasi pribadi yang diperlukan untuk melengkapi pendaftaran meliputi (contoh): nama lengkap sesuai paspor, 3 digit terakhir KTP, nomor handphone, negara domisili, alamat email, serta alamat tempat tinggal.

4) Partisipasi lebih dari satu kali diperbolehkan dengan ketentuan:

(a) hanya satu (1) partisipasi yang diperbolehkan untuk setiap Transaksi yang Memenuhi Syarat, terlepas dari jumlah produk yang dibeli lebih dari satu (1) dalam transaksi tersebut; dan

(b) setiap partisipasi harus dikirimkan secara terpisah sesuai persyaratan pendaftaran.

5) Pada setiap partisipasi, Bukti Pembelian harus memperlihatkan struk/invoice secara lengkap termasuk nama toko ritel/toko online, nama dan/atau kode produk, serta tanggal pembelian.

6) Bukti Pembelian yang dikirim harus bertanggal dalam Periode Undian Berhadiah.

7) Keikutsertaan dalam Undian Berhadiah ini dianggap sebagai persetujuan terhadap seluruh Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.

8) Setiap partisipasi akan diverifikasi oleh Penyelenggara untuk memastikan keabsahannya.

9) Pemenang hadiah akan diumumkan secara publik paling lambat pada 12 Juni 2026 melalui https://jurassicworldpromotion.com/indonesia , media sosial retailer yang berpartisipasi, serta melalui email resmi UniversalProductsAndExperiences.APAC@nbcuni.com ke alamat email pemenang.

5. KUALIFIKASI

Pindai QR Code untuk mengakses https://jurassicworldpromotion.com/indonesia untuk registrasi. Informasi yang diperlukan meliputi:

• Nama sesuai paspor/ID

• Nomor handphone

• Negara domisili

• Alamat email

• Alamat rumah

• Struk pembelian produk Jurassic World untuk diunggah ke website registrasi JWE

6. HADIAH

1) Akan dipilih empat (4) Pemenang dan masing-masing akan menerima satu (1) paket hadiah yang terdiri dari:

• Tiket pesawat untuk 2 orang dewasa dan 2 anak pulang-pergi ke Bangkok

• Empat (4) tiket masuk Jurassic World The Experience di Bangkok (untuk 1 keluarga: 2 dewasa dan 2 anak)

• Dua (2) kamar hotel untuk masing-masing keluarga selama dua (2) malam (4 orang, tidak termasuk sarapan)

• Satu (1) set menu makan di restoran Fossil and Flame (per keluarga) di Jurassic World The Experience Bangkok

Nilai total hadiah untuk setiap pemenang adalah IDR 36.200.00 atau USD 2.150 (total nilai hadiah hingga USD 8.600,00).

Nilai hadiah tersebut benar per tanggal 1 Maret 2026. Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas perubahan nilai hadiah.

2) Hadiah seperti tiket pesawat, kamar hotel, tiket pameran, dan makanan restoran bersifat tidak dapat dipindahtangankan, tidak dapat dijadwal ulang, tidak dapat ditukar, dan tidak dapat diuangkan.

3) Hanya diperbolehkan satu (1) paket hadiah per rumah tangga.

7. PEMILIHAN & PENGUMUMAN PEMENANG

1) Pemenang akan dipilih secara acak, dilakukan di PT Aneka Merek Konsulindo (RDTX Square Lt. 33, Jl. Prof. DR. Satrio No.164, RT.4/RW.4, Karet Semanggi, Kecamatan Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan) dan disaksikan oleh pihak terkait dari Kementerian Sosial.

2) Pengundian dilakukan secara elektronik, dan pemenang akan dipilih secara acak oleh Penyelenggara atau perwakilan yang ditunjuk. Apabila suatu partisipasi tidak dapat diverifikasi sesuai kepuasan Promotor, maka partisipasi tersebut dianggap tidak sah.

3) Pemenang akan diberitahukan melalui email oleh UniversalProductsAndExperiences.APAC@nbcuni.com paling lambat tanggal 12 Juni 2026 ke alamat email Peserta, dalam waktu tujuh (7) hari kerja setelah Pemilihan Pemenang.

4) Pemenang wajib memberikan konfirmasi penerimaan email dalam waktu sepuluh (10) hari kerja sejak tanggal pemberitahuan.

5) Apabila pemenang memilih untuk tidak mengklaim hadiah (atau tidak dapat mengklaim), atau tidak memberikan konfirmasi dalam waktu sepuluh (10) hari kerja, maka pemenang akan kehilangan hak atas hadiah dan Promotor tidak berkewajiban memberikan hadiah pengganti.

Penyelenggara dapat memilih peserta cadangan setelah pemenang ditentukan. Peserta cadangan akan dicatat untuk digunakan apabila terdapat partisipasi tidak sah atau peserta tidak memenuhi syarat. Peserta cadangan akan dihubungi sesuai urutan pengundian hanya apabila:

• Pemenang terbukti mengirimkan partisipasi tidak sah;

• Pemenang dianggap tidak memenuhi syarat; atau

• Pemenang gagal mengklaim atau menerima hadiah dalam jangka waktu yang ditentukan Promotor.

6) Apabila peserta cadangan dihubungi, maka peserta tersebut wajib memenuhi persyaratan kelayakan dan verifikasi yang sama seperti pemenang utama.

Keputusan Promotor terkait validitas partisipasi, pemilihan pemenang, dan penggunaan peserta cadangan bersifat final dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat. Pemenang baru wajib memberikan konfirmasi email dalam waktu sepuluh (10) hari kerja sejak tanggal pemberitahuan.

7) Empat (4) peserta pertama yang valid akan dianggap sebagai Pemenang dan akan menerima satu (1) dari empat (4) hadiah, dengan ketentuan telah diverifikasi kelayakannya serta mematuhi Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.

8) Hadiah atau bagian hadiah yang tidak digunakan bersifat tidak dapat dipindahtangankan atau ditukar dan tidak dapat diuangkan.

8. PENGAMBILAN HADIAH

1) Pemenang wajib menunjukkan identitas yang valid (KTP/paspor) serta bukti partisipasi untuk mengklaim hadiah.

2) Pemenang wajib melakukan pemesanan minimal satu (1) bulan sebelum tanggal keberangkatan yang diinginkan, dengan pemesanan final paling lambat tanggal 30 September 2026 SST melalui agen perjalanan yang ditunjuk Penyelenggara, yaitu BCD Travel. Periode pemesanan berlaku dari 15 Juli 2026 sampai 31 Desember 2026 SST.

3) Seluruh hadiah wajib diklaim dan dipesan paling lambat [30 September 2026, 09:00] (Waktu Singapura), setelah itu hadiah dianggap hangus dan menjadi milik Penyelenggara.

4) Tiket pesawat dan akomodasi tergantung pada ketersediaan pada saat penukaran hadiah.

5) Pemenang dan tamu yang ditunjuk akan diterbangkan dari Indonesia, dari kota ibu kota terdekat menuju Bangkok.

6) Pemenang dan tamu akan diterbangkan dari kota ibu kota terdekat menuju Bangkok.

7) Anak harus berusia 2–12 tahun. Anak di bawah usia dua (2) tahun tetap dihitung sebagai satu (1) anak dalam alokasi paket hadiah. Tamu di bawah usia 18 tahun wajib bepergian bersama orang tua atau wali.

8) Tamu di bawah usia 18 tahun yang bepergian sebagai bagian dari hadiah wajib bepergian bersama orang tua atau wali. Hadiah dibatasi hanya untuk empat (4) orang (2 dewasa dan 2 anak).

9) Paspor pemenang dan tamu harus berlaku minimal 6 bulan sebelum tanggal perjalanan.

9. PAJAK

Setiap pajak yang berlaku atas hadiah (termasuk pajak hadiah Indonesia/PPh) akan ditanggung oleh Penyelenggara, sesuai peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia.

10. HAK PENYELENGGARA

HAK PENYELENGGARA

1) Penyelenggara berhak memverifikasi kelayakan peserta dan mendiskualifikasi partisipasi yang tidak lengkap, palsu, atau melanggar Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.

2) Kecuali dinyatakan lain, seluruh biaya dan pengeluaran yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan hadiah menjadi tanggung jawab pemenang dan tamunya, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada:

• biaya vaksinasi, paspor dan/atau visa;

• pajak yang berlaku terkait penerimaan hadiah;

• tiket pesawat tambahan, akomodasi tambahan, tiket pameran tambahan, serta makanan;

• transfer dan transportasi;

• asuransi perjalanan;

• uang saku;

• kegiatan wisata tambahan selain pameran; dan

• seluruh biaya incidental lainnya yang timbul sebagai akibat langsung maupun tidak langsung dari penggunaan hadiah.

Tidak ada penggantian biaya yang dapat diminta dari Penyelenggara.

3) Penyelenggara berhak sepenuhnya mengganti hadiah dengan hadiah lain yang memiliki nilai setara tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.

4) Hadiah dapat dimodifikasi, ditunda, atau dibatalkan akibat kejadian di luar kendali Penyelenggara, seperti keadaan kahar (force majeure), termasuk perang, kerusuhan, kejahatan, pandemi, atau bencana alam.

5) Keputusan Penyelenggara bersifat final dan mengikat.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas kegagalan atau keterlambatan yang disebabkan oleh kejadian di luar kendali wajar Penyelenggara, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada bencana alam, regulasi pemerintah, atau kegagalan sistem.

12. PERLINDUNGAN DATA PRIBADI

Data pribadi yang dikumpulkan dapat mencakup, tanpa batasan, nama lengkap peserta, nomor identitas, tanggal lahir, nomor kontak, alamat email, alamat tempat tinggal, data paspor, serta informasi lain yang diperlukan untuk administrasi kontes dan pemenuhan hadiah.

13. PUBLIKASI

Dengan mengikuti Undian Berhadiah ini, Pemenang menyetujui penggunaan nama, foto, dan/atau kemiripan dirinya untuk keperluan publikasi dan promosi tanpa kompensasi tambahan, kecuali dilarang oleh hukum.

14. HUKUM YANG BERLAKU

Syarat dan Ketentuan ini diatur oleh hukum yang berlaku di Republik Indonesia.

15. PERSYARATAN PERIZINAN

Undian Berhadiah ini tunduk pada persetujuan dan penerbitan izin dari otoritas pemerintah Indonesia yang berwenang, apabila diperlukan.

1. Organiser

1. This Lucky Draw is organised by PT. Aneka Merek Konsulindo [“Organizer”], with registered address at RDTX Square, 33rd floor Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio no 164, Karet Semanggi Jakarta Selatan 12930, Indonesia, https://www.pacificlicensing.com/.

PT. Aneka Merek Konsulindo/ Pacific Licensing Studio is a leading brand management and licensing agency in Greater China and Southeast Asia and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Resorts World Sentosa or Universal Studios Singapore.

2. Lucky Draw Period

1. This Lucky Draw will take place from [1 March 2026, 00:00] to [31 May 2026, 23:59] (Indonesia Time), both dates inclusive (“Entry Period”).

2. Entries received outside the Entry Period shall be disqualified and rejected automatically. All entries are final.

3. The Organiser reserves the sole right to shorten, extend, or cancel the Lucky Draw without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

1.The Spend and Win [“Contest”] contest is open to all Indonesian citizens aged 18 and above with a valid KTP.

2. You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee, partner or immediate family member of an employee of the Organiser, affiliated marketing/advertising agencies, or any third party company or agency directly connected with the creation or administration of this Lucky Draw.

3. Participants must provide valid and accurate personal information.

4. The Organiser reserves the sole right to disqualify any Participant who has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Lucky Draw. Any incomplete or inaccurate entry will also be disqualified.

4. How to Participate

1. Purchase any one (1) Jurassic World product across participating retailers in Indonesia during Entry Period. No minimum spend required.

2. Upload and submit the Proof of Purchase (e.g. physical receipt, digitally-generated invoice) via the QR code printed across the Jurassic World The Experience Lucky Draw promotional materials instores or log on to https://jurassicworldpromotion.com/indonesia to submit your entry.

3. Information such as your personal particulars (e.g. full name per passport, last 3 digits and alphabet of NRIC number, mobile number, country of residency, e-mail address, residential address) will be required to complete submission.

4. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the number of eligible products purchased in excess of one (1) in the Qualifying Transaction; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

5. With every entry, the Proof of Purchase must clearly show the full receipt/invoice, including the name of retail store/online store, product name and/or code, and date of purchase.

6. Proof of Purchase submitted must be dated within Lucky Draw Entry Period.

7. Participation in this Lucky Draw constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

8. Each entry will be subjected to verification by the Organiser for validity.

9. The Prize Winners will be announced publicly by 12 June 2026 via https://jurassicworldpromotion.com/indonesia, participating retailer’s social media, and an email from UniversalProductsAndExperiences.APAC@nbcuni.com to the winner’s email address.

5. Qualification

1. Scan the QR Code to access the https://jurassicworldpromotion.com/indonesia for registration.

• Name as per passport /ID

• Mobile number

• Country of residency

• Email address

• Home address

• Jurassic World product purchase receipt to upload to the JWE website registration

6. Prizes

There will be four (4) Winners selected and each will receive one (1) Prize pack consisting of:

• Flights for 2 adults and 2 children to and from Bangkok

• Four (4) entrance tickets to Jurassic World The Experience in Bangkok; (per family of 2 adults, 2 children)

• Two (2) hotel rooms each family for two (2) night stay; (4 pax, excluding breakfast)

• One (1) set meal at Fossil and Flame Restaurant (per family) at Jurassic World the Experience in Bangkok;

The total Prize value for each winner is IDR 36,200,00 or USD2150 (total prize pool value up to USD $8,600.00).

The total Prize value are correct as of 1 March 2026. The Organiser takes no responsibility for any variations in the Prize values.

Prizes such as plane tickets, hotel rooms, exhibition tickets and restaurant meal are strictly non-transferable, non-reschedulable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.

Only one (1) Prize pack is permitted per household.

7. Winner selection and announcement

1 Winners will be randomly selected, located at PT Aneka Merek Konsulindo (RDTX Square 33rd Floor, Jl. Prof. DR. Satrio No.164, RT.4/RW.4, Karet Semanggi, Kecamatan Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan) and is witnessed by respective parties from Ministry of Social Affairs.

2 The draw is electronic, and winners will be selected at random by the Organizer or its appointed representative. If an entry cannot be verified to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the entry will be invalid.

3 The Winners will be notified via e-mail by UniversalProductsAndExperiences.APAC@nbcuni.com by 12 Jun 2026 through to the Participant’s e-mail address within seven (7) working days after the Winner Selection.

4 The Winners will be required to acknowledge the e-mail within ten (10) working days from the date of notification.

5 If the winner chooses not to claim their prize (or is unable to), or does not acknowledge the e-mail to claim the prize within ten (10) working days, they will forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to offer a substitute prize.

6 The Organiser may choose additional Reserve Entries after the Winners are drawn. These additional entries will be recorded in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. Reserve Entries will be contacted in the order they were drawn only if:

– A Winner is found to have submitted an invalid entry;

– A Winner is deemed ineligible; or

– A Winner fails to claim or accept the prize within the time period specified by the Promoter.

If a Reserve Entry is contacted, they will be required to meet the same eligibility and verification requirements as the original winners.

The Promoter’s decision regarding the validity of entries, the selection of winners, and the use of Reserve Entries is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The new Winner must acknowledge the e-mail within ten (10) working days from the date of notification

7 The first four (4) valid entrants will be deemed to be a Winner and will be awarded with one (1) of four (4) prizes, subject to their verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

8 The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

8. Prize collection

1. Winners must present valid identification (KTP/passport) and proof of participation to claim the prize.

2. Winners must be booked a minimum of one (1) month prior to the intended travel date, with final bookings to be made by 30 September 2026 SST with the Organiser’s appointed tour agency, BCD Travel. The booking period running from 15 July 2026 to 31 December 2026 SST.

3. All prizes must be claimed and booked by [30 September 2026, 9:00] (Singapore Time), after which they are forfeited and will remain the property of the Organiser.

4. Flights and accommodations are subject to availability at the time of Prize redemption.

5. The Winner and their nominated guests will be flown from Indonesia, nearest capital City to Bangkok.

6. The winner and guests will be flown from their nearest capital city to Bangkok.

7. Children should be aged 2 – 12 years old. A toddler below the age of two (2) will be counted as one (1) child within the prize package allocation, Nominated guests under the age of 18 should always travel with a parent or guardian.

Guests under the age of 18 travelling as part of this Prize must travel with a parent or guardian.

8. The prize is strictly limited to four (4) travelers only. (2 adults and 2 Children)

9. Winners’ and guests’ passport(s) should be valid at least 6 months before travel date.

9. Tax

1. Any applicable taxes arising from the prize (including Indonesia prize tax / PPh) shall be borne by Organizers, in accordance with prevailing Indonesian regulations.

10. Organizer’s rights

1. The Organizer reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or violates these Terms & Conditions.

2. Unless otherwise stated, all costs and expenses associated with taking the Prize are the responsibility of the Winners and their nominated guests, including:

• costs associated with inoculations, passports and/or VISA applications;

• applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of the Prize;

• additional flights, accommodation and exhibition tickets and meals;

• transfers and transportation;

• travel insurance;

• spending money;

• any extra sightseeing activities apart from the exhibition; and

• all other incidental and ancillary costs incurred by the Winners and/or their nominated guests as a direct or indirect result of taking the Prize.

No reimbursement may be sought from the Organiser.

3. The Organiser reserves the sole right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.

4. The Prize maybe modified, postponed, or cancelled due to events beyond the Organiser’s control, such as force majeure events. These may include war, riot, crime, pandemic or natural disaster.

5. The Organizer’s decision is final and binding.

11. Force Majeure

1. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or system failures.

12. Data Privacy

1. Personal data collected may include, without limitation, the participant’s full name, ID number, date of birth, contact number, email address, residential address, passport details and any other information necessary for the administration of the Contest and prize fulfilment

13. Publicity

1. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Winner agree to the use of their name, image, and/or likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

15. Permit Requirement

This Lucky Draw is subject to approval and permit issuance by the relevant Indonesian authorities, where applicable.
